Heishan Botanic Garden

Founded in 1958, this botanical garden is one of the oldest in China. It covers some 67 hectares just south of Guilin City. There are more than 2,100 different sub-tropical plants on show. These include gymnosperm, palms, medicinal plants, flowers and potted plants, rare and endangered plants, lilies, plus ginkgo, tea and black cypress trees.
