The Dragons Palace, or Long Gong, is a network of water filled caves in Anshun Prefecture of Guizhou. The system is open to the public who can take small boats deep under the ground and view the strange and wonderful rock formations found there. The cave network covers an area of 60 square kilometres. The underground river is 15km long. Inside there is China's largest underground waterfall at 24 metres tall. Tourists can travel 5km into the caves, where they see stalactites, landscape frescoes and the crystal palace where the dragon king is rumoured to reside. The views are illuminated  to give special moods to each scene.
